9. MP4-20A (2005)
New rules for 2005 meant the MP4-20A was a visual step on from McLaren’s 2004 car, but it was hugely fast, winning 10 of the season’s 19 races. Unfortunately, it didn’t win either the constructor’s title, or the driver’s title for Kimi Raikkonen or Juan-Pablo Montoya – the honours went to Fernando Alonso and Renault.
