The F8 Tributo is one of the most accomplished supercars we’ve driven in recent times, sporting elements from the incredible 488 Pista alongside a host of chassis upgrades. As you’d expect, however, this doesn’t stop tuners, with Novitec already having added more power and tweaking aesthetics.

According to the German tuner, ‘there is no such thing as enough power,’ and so it is offering two tuning packages for the F8’s F154 3.9-litre twin-turbocharged V8. The ‘stage 2’ option adds a new exhaust system and increases power by 81bhp and 94lb ft over standard, for a total of 791bhp and 662lb ft of torque – that’s more than the V12-powered 812 Superfast. If that’s a little too much, you can opt for the 776bhp tune, bringing 0-62mph down two-tenths for a Pista-beating 2.7sec sprint.

The new-found power comes courtesy of Novitec’s ‘piggyback’ ECU module, altering parameters for injection, ignition and boost pressure for more go. To complement the increase in power, buyers can also opt to have the tuner’s new stainless steel exhaust system, reducing back pressure for marginal performance gains, reducing weight and of course, increasing sound – carbonfibre and stainless steel tips can be fitted at an additional cost.

Though subtle in comparison to its full-fat N-Largo bodykits, Novitec is offering a few aesthetic modifications to enhance the appearance of the supercar. A staggered 21-inch front and 22-inch rear set of forged Vossen wheels aim to enhance the wedge, and are wrapped in 255-section front and 335-section rear Pirelli rubber; to help your car stand out further, you can choose from 72 different colour options and either brushed or polished finishes.

Of course, Novitec is already working on creating a full bodykit for the F8, but for now you can enhance your stance by opting for its lowering springs, dropping ride height by 35mm. Novitec also says this option is compatible with the all-important front lift system, and that it will fit one should you not have ticked the option from the factory.

As with all Novitec cars, you can choose to have the interior reupholstered in leather and/or Alcantara of virtually any colour one could imagine, although this does come at an additional cost.

No pricing or availability has been announced.
