9. ‘Mad’ Mike Whiddett’s Bad Bull RX8
Deny it, go on, deny it…yep, thought so.
There is slightly more to Mad Mike’s appearance at this year’s Goodwood though than several tyre-melting runs on the hillclimb. This year both Whiddett and Red Bull are looking to produce a video clip post-event using entirely fan-shot material. Think about it: pick your spot on the hill just right and your footage could end up being used in an official Red Bull video package. And given the demonstration the Kiwi put on last year, we’d say that’s more than incentive enough to head down to Goodwood this weekend.
