It’s all change this year in the arena that was once dominated by Radicals. Initially started in 2006 by Barry Hope and the Gulf Sport crew it was a race series for owners of the super quick Radical sportscars.
This year however that is all change. From the beginning of the up and coming season it will no longer be about just Radicals and the occasional Caterham. It will now look a lot like the VdeV/Speed series that successfully runs throughout Europe with a wide variety of high-performance track based production sports cars up to 2000cc complying with FIA CN regulations.
Expect to see machines such as Juno, Radical SR5, Ligier, Chiron, ADR3, Jade, Norma and Pilbeam. People with Radical SR3 (1500cc) and PR6 (1300cc) models don’t despair as you will also be able to get out there and race.
