The Dodge Power Wagon was launched to the world during the mid 40’s and can honestly be traced as the predecessor and god father of the the many four wheel drive pickups in use around the world today!

I’ll be honest and say that until I moved back to the Middle East and found myself digging around a scrap yard one Saturday afternoon, that I had absolutely no clue what the heck a Dodge Power Wagon was. Now I’m a bit of an undercover pick up lover and think the Power Wagon would make the perfect desert hack. So when this pic was snapped during the Moreeb Hill Climb event I went all soft at the knees..I only hope that the slightly weedy 251Cubic Inch Flat head six has been pulled for a gnarly crate motor to make the most out of those HUGE sand tyres.
