Mercedes releases the first official pic of the racing AMG GT.
Just when the hubbub starts to cool down around the Mercedes AMG GT, the German company gets us all abuzz once again by announcing the keenly anticipated racing version and releasing this picture of it.
The AMG GT3 is built around the FIA GT3 regulations for racing in different series around the world. And it looks mean as hell.
Mercedes previously built a GT3 racer around the SLS AMG, and it proved a great success, winning more than 180 events including the Dubai 24 Hours. No pressure on the AMG GT3 then…
We’ve no more information for the moment, but that should change at the Geneva Motor Show next month.
