McLaren Automotive. ‘The Next Exciting Chapter…’

Clearly McLaren has taken this issue quite seriously. Its first stand alone high performance sportscar – the MP4-12C – has been lauded throughout the industry as demonically fast, beautiful to drive, and a triumph of British engineering. But lacking a little character when compared with the Ferraris and Lamborghinis of this world.

With its new car then, McLaren is looking to push the boat out. So when this teaser image landed in the crankandpiston inbox, the general consensus in the office was that, hidden somewhere between the lines, is the new P12.

We assume at least anyway. The silver shirted boys from Woking will make their Paris Motor Show bow at the end of this month, bringing with them ‘the next exciting chapter of the brand’.

Set your watches for 5.45pm CEST as McLaren (potentially) unveils the follow-up to genesis.
