Gasoline T-Shirts. Vintage British Makes For Modern Look

Gasoline T-Shirts are inspired by classic British manufacturers. After years snapping the local motorsport scene, company founder Jelle Claeys is using his photos as a base for the designs.

For the petrolheads among you who are especially into British racing classics, you might want to check out Gasoline T-Shirts.

The founder of the company – Belgium-based Jelle Claeys – leans towards the vintage racing scene, and having amounted a vast collection of snaps from numerous visits to race circuits and rally stages, it was time to do more than just stack them neatly in the photo album.

Inspired by some of Jelle’s favourite manufacturers (Lotus, Aston Martin, Mini – yep, no capitals – MG and Bentley), Gasoline T-Shirts showcase a range of designs using shots from the man himself as a base, the VW Beetle and Ford GT being among the most prominent examples. The site may still be in its infancy but a hefty collection and an eye for detail mean there’s more to come.

Perhaps you need a little more convincing though. If so, be sure to check out the ‘behind the scenes’ footage on-site to see how motor racing history and design are brought together on your chest.

Just FYI, Gasoline T-Shirts is intended to be a simple yet strong name for potential customers. The packages don’t come soaked in petrol…

…well, we hope anyway.
