As you can imagine, living and growing up in the Desert, along with being complete petrol heads, we here at C&P are big fans of desert racing. I suppose it has something to do with the adventure and the complete unknown of the terrain you find yourself tearing across at massive speed that adds to the whole experience. Something you will never experience on the black stuff…So when we come across awesome video clips like the one above we feel compelled to share it with you.
Now for a cool connection for the geeks out there…thanks to Ralf Becker we learned that the #68 trophy truck in this clip is driven by a chap called Marc Ewing. Not a name that jumps to mind straight away, however a name that may be familiar to the techie geeks out there, for Marc is the founder of Red Hat (Linux).
Does anyone in Dubai/GCC have a Trophy Truck? Or know where we could find one?
