I’ve just sat and watched this video from start to finish in complete awe of Mr Rohrl…Totally committed in the pouring rain as he tests the production spec Porsche 997 GT3RS (Gen2) that he will be using during the 24hrs of the Nordschleife (“Northern Loop”).

Horst Von Saurma and Chris “the monkey” Harris (he of EVO fame…and previously Drivers Republic) will be riding along side the king, for what will hopefully be a perfect example of just how far the GT3RS and Porsche have come. Porsche are well and truly putting their credentials on the line by entering a production car into this race and I for one will be super excited watching them along the way.

That reminds me….I must book my ticket!!!
