There’s a certain ‘phwoaah!’ factor to the new Fendi edition Maserati GranCabrio, and it’s difficult to shake. Perhaps it’s the exclusivity, and the five-digit plaque on the dashboard? The three-layered Grigio Fiamma Fendi paint?, The 433bhp 4.7l V8? The 281kph top speed? The double F emblems adorning the headrests? The Fendi monogrammed car cover that comes with each model…?

We’re not too sure, so we figured it must be something in the DNA. What better way to analyse that by checking out the build process?
