Mitsubishi EVO X. One Thousand Dunes. Pushing The Limits

We popped by One Thousand Dunes this morning to catch up with Mike Heywood and his ever morphing Mitsubishi EVO X project. As you can see, the team at One Thousand Dunes haven’t been holding back and the already very evil looking EVO is looking just plain old nasty now. With a strong focus on an all bases build and Mike behind the scenes directing the project, she is surely to be a monster when it hits the track for it’s shake down next week.

There will be a full feature in the works very soon.

  1. The floor is fixed, with access panels for maintenance and suspension adjustment. There are also NACA ducts for cooling gearbox and differentials.

The front splitter is demountable, as it the rear diffuser.

We do think about these things.

  2. “If you’re gonna rock an aero kit like that, quit messing around and strip it out I say.”

    It’s a daily driver!
