This is what fast, highly tuned Hondas used to look like before it became “cool” to tune Hondas. Car in the pic (we’re guessing) is a Honda Civic 1200, circa 1972 – 1979, restored in period-correct fashion and prepared for hillclimb racing.
That thing sticking out of the front of the car? That’s the exhaust header!
