This particular Ferrari F430 created and prepared by Risi Competizione and more recently cared for by Khaleji Motorsport based in Dubai had promise written all over it last season.

Sadly, due to technical issues and the car failing to meet the regulations put in place, it was not to be and no wheels were turned in anger. It was shame really as the PR and Marketing buzz the car would have caused for the sport, the Dubai Autodrome and racing in the region would have far outweighed any damage to the series itself.

However, as they say…rules are rules!
