When news first leaked onto the grapevine that a RAUH Welt project was breaking ground in Dubai, only a trail of fire was missing as we sped out of the office, Canon in hand and song in heart.

Since then, we’ve watched the evolution of Dark Romantic from the ground up: from it’s humble 993TT beginnings to the symphony of epic-natic evil that rolled into the crankandpiston car park over two months later (more on that to come). Needless to say, we’re somewhat in awe of its creator, Akira Nakai.

So you can imagine the buzz that went through the office this morning when this cheeky rendering landed in our inbox with the teasing subject, ‘Just Imagine’. Oh we have! And we implore you Mr Nakai: RAUH Welt Dubai, one more time…
