Bad boy Jags have been a bit thin on the ground over the past few years, however they are seemingly flowing through now in their droves. Ignoring that some of them are concept cars or at least production tease concept cars, the brand and their product offering is getting progressively more hardcore.
Take this for example – The Jaguar XKR-S in it’s now roofless guise. The R-S is the most powerful and fastest open-topped GT that Jaguar has ever built. With a blown 5.0-litre V8 engine up front channeling 550PS and 502lb/ft of torque through the rear wheels, it’s a proper monster. Such a monster in fact that Jaguar saw fit to through a cage in the back and tackle the super-complex Nurburgring Nordschleife in Germany.
