We’re back at the Nordschleife again. We’ve shown you laps in a convertible, laps in the snow, and even seen David Coulthard taken to school by Nico Rosberg. This is something else though. The star, other than the 22km behemoth itself, is a Dodge Viper ACR.

A few quick details to get your nowses around: 600hp; 8.4l V10; and 7.12. In case you’re wondering, that was the Viper’s fastest laptime in 2011. Let’s just put that into perspective: a Pagani Zonda has lapped the circuit in 7m 27s; a Ferarri Enzo in 7m 25s; a Porsche 911 GT2 RS in 7m 18s; a Lexus LFA (Nurburgring Package, mind) in 7m 14s. Rather says it all, doesn’t it? >>>
