Competing mano y mano on Failaka Island – one of the most prominent historic stretches of land just off Kuwait’s coastline – are Red Bull athletes Abdo Feghali and Mohammed Al Attar, who race their respective ways through the ruins.
In the appropriately attired Nissan 370Z is Lebanese drift legend Feghali, former Guinness World Record Holder, former Lebanese Rally Champion and figurehead of Red Bull Car Park Drift in the Middle East. In the surprisingly subtle white t-shirt is Al Attar (or ‘Double Trouble’), among the region’s finest professional parkour athletes. Should be a good race…
