We don’t normally associate too many students with the Rolls-Royce brand. Even the wealthier young university goers of the Middle East consider the Spirit of Ecstasy to be outside of their price range until after they graduate, so it must have been a strange sight to see gaggles of art students crammed into the Rolls dealership in Doha.

Rather than some ill-targeted student protest, this particular hang out was study-related – the Virginia Commonwealth University had organised a series of workshops for members of its Art Foundation and Fashion Design Faculty. The aspiring artists were presented with three RR-related themes upon which to let loose their creative juices inside the showroom.

The results are on display now at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Doha and will stay there for the next week.
