The Kardinals reside in the inner suburbs of Melbourne and get together once in a while to catch up and cruise. I was fortunate enough to be invited along to one such cruise on a warm summer's Saturday afternoon.

It's only a small club consisting of a handful of guys and cool cars.

The vibe was the usual chilled out one that you experience when hanging around hot rodders. Just nice guys enjoying the Australian sunshine and the open road.

We started off in Clifton Hill for a quick coffee, and then set off to Hawthorn for a browse of the local low brow art gallery and to catch up with Tony, the owner.

After a dose of cool art and photography at the gallery, we cruised over to Lygon Street in Brunswick for more coffee at an awesome little cafe called 'El Mirage' owned by local hot rodder, Martin.

It was a fantastic afternoon guys, so thanks very much for having me along.
